CIT has received reports that some users are unable to access the Exchange Mail and OWA service.

All Exchange mailboxes are operational again as of 10am. CIT continues to work on the underlying causes of the problem. An interaction between a network driver, the clustering software, and the backup process resulted in issues with the transaction logs that cause mailbox server mbxc to go offline this morning.
