At 2:33 pm the problem with Exchange was resolved. The cause appears to have been a full database disk on mailbox server mbxc, which would have affected approximately 1/3 of Exchange users. We continue to investigate the cause of this disk suddenly filling, and are taking steps to rebalance the storage load to prevent reoccurrence. At 2:33 pm the problem with Exchange was resolved.
