TeamDynamix version 12 will be implemented for Cornell IT technicians on Saturday, July 19, 2025. The new version will make changes to the look and feel of the TDNext interface used to work customer tickets, including more streamlined navigation. While these changes apply broadly across the TDNext platform, they will not affect the Web Plan Manager, Card Wall, the Asset / CI Relationship viewer, or the Workflow History viewer.
