Full Description:
CIT Infrastructure fully transitioned to the PCR-360 system for telecom and cable management billing as of October 28, 2024. As a result, the legacy PINNACLE production environment is scheduled for decommissioning on Friday, February 28, 2025 between 4:30pm and 5:00pm ET. A full backup of the PINNACLE database will be performed before decommissioning its servers to ensure data retention and archival compliance. Following the backup, the decommissioning process will proceed per standard infrastructure retirement protocols.
