Brief Description:
People attempting to use the Zoom for Outlook add-in via Outlook on the web may be unable to authenticate successfully on certain browsers, and may receive prompts to try again.
User Impact:
People using the Zoom for Outlook add-in with Outlook on the web on Chrome, Safari, or Edge, may be unable to authenticate successfully.
Workaround:
Update: Reduce browser security settings related to cross-site tracking and/or third-party cookies.
People can also use Firefox, an InPrivate window in Edge, or an Outlook desktop client if it's available. Meetings can also be scheduled in the Zoom desktop client normally and these will be added to the user's Outlook calendar if they have enabled the Zoom calendar integration.

Update: The current performance issues appear to be resulting from browsers with stricter security settings blocking the Zoom for Outlook add-in used with Outlook on the web. Outlook desktop clients are not affected. The current workaround requires reducing browser security settings related to cross-site tracking and/or third-party cookies. IT Staff continue to work with the vendor to confirm these findings and resolve the cases that are not responding to the security setting workaround.
