Unplanned Outage: Qualtrics Weekly Email Limit for Cornell Brand

Brief Description:
There have been reports of Qualtrics survey users being unable to send invitations through the Qualtrics Mailer due to Cornell having reached its weekly limit of emails sent through the Cornell brand. The vendor has been contacted.
User Impact:
Error message when trying to send email invitations indicating that our brand has hit its weekly email limit. 
Workaround:
Invitations can be sent through outside email services, either using a single anonymous link for all recipients,

or by generating a list of personal links and merging them into a mail template.

Current Status:
Qualtrics has said that they believe any issues that individuals encounter can be fixed by raising their weekly or lifetime email limit. Reports from affected parties indicate that they can now send again.

There have been reports of Qualtrics survey users being unable to send invitations through the Qualtrics Mailer due to Cornell having reached its weekly limit of emails sent through the Cornell brand. The vendor has been contacted. This issue is only affecting the sending of invitations through the Qualtrics Mailer feature. Survey links distributed through generic links or other email systems are not affected and will bring respondents to the survey. The vendor has been contacted and asked to raise the weekly limit. Cornell staff are looking into whether there was a surge of invitations this week far above usual use for this time of year.
