TeamDynamix users may notice notations in tickets of a workflow error or an ipaas flow error. Most TeamDynamix transactions are not impacted by this and no data or messages are being lost.

The TeamDynamix system experienced intermittent performance errors between approximately 12pm-2pm on Friday, January 24, 2025. Customers may notice notations in tickets of a workflow error or an ipaas flow error.
The vendor's investigation found errors occurred during times of peak system usage. IT Staff are continuing to investigate.
