Resolved: There are intermittent issues with the Extra Tier in on-premises Managed Servers. This affects the ability of servers to access resources on the internet, and may in turn impact services hosted in Managed Servers.

There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
CIT staff have established stable outbound access in the extra tier. They will continue to consult with the vendor to determine the optimal long-term configuration.

Update: CIT has applied a temporary work-around. Managed Servers should no longer be impacted. Please submit a ticket if you experience any issues while CIT continues to work on a resolution.
