Brief Description:
Resolved: CU VPN, the campus VPN service, is experiencing authentication issues with Duo two-step login. As all VPN use requires Duo two-step login, CU VPN is unavailable at this time.
User Impact:
CU VPN is not available at this time, and the Managed Firewall FortiManager is also impacted, so IT Security Liaisons are unable to login and make changes.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

CIT Engineers have issued workarounds to restore the CU VPN access.
