Brief Description:
Cornell users have reported and Cornell staff have reproduced an issue where attempts to sign into
copilot.microsoft.com are unsuccessful. Attempting to sign in results in a loop back to the sign-in page. They cannot access protected Copilot.
User Impact:
For affected users, attempts to sign into copilot.microsoft.com/ are unsuccessful. Attempting to sign in results in a loop back to the sign in page. They cannot access protected Copilot. Individuals who are already signed in appear to be able to continue to access protected Copilot.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
Microsoft has announced that the issue is resolved.
