Full Description:
RESOLVED: Connections from non-Cornell named devices to Microsoft Azure cloud-based IT infrastructure services have been fully restored. Previously, customers may have experienced a delay in connection or a connection failure. The DNS resolvers used by Managed Servers in the Microsoft Azure Cloud were not properly handling lookups for non-Cornell names. CIT staff specializing in Managed Servers and Network Engineering implemented a successful backout.
