Brief Description:
RESOLVED: The vendor has successfully resolved the disabled Zoom Cloud Recordings. Earlier, CIT investigated an issue with the Zoom Cloud Recordings feature not appearing to be enabled on the platform after a customer logs in.

RESOLVED: The vendor has successfully resolved the disabled Zoom Cloud Recordings. Previously,  CIT investigated customer reports about an issue with Zoom Cloud Recordings: the feature did not appear to be enabled on the platform after a customer logs in. Zoom meetings worked as expected but recording was disabled. CIT is working with the vendor to determine the cause. Based on customer reports, CIT has investigated an issue with Zoom Cloud Recordings. Currently, the feature does not appear to be enabled on the platform after a customer logs in. CIT is working with the vendor to troubleshoot. Zoom meetings continue to work as expected but recording is disabled. 
Zoom meetings work as expected, recording sessions and accessing previously recorded sessions is not working.
