RESOLVED: The vendor has successfully resolved the disabled Zoom Cloud Recordings. Earlier, CIT investigated an issue with the Zoom Cloud Recordings feature not appearing to be enabled on the platform after a customer logs in.

RESOLVED: The vendor has successfully resolved the disabled Zoom Cloud Recordings. Previously, CIT investigated customer reports about an issue with Zoom Cloud Recordings: the feature did not appear to be enabled on the platform after a customer logs in. Zoom meetings worked as expected but recording was disabled. CIT is working with the vendor to determine the cause.
