Reports are coming in from the Cornell community about Cornell's TeamDynamix system intermittently returning system errors, responses timing out, and/or duplicate tickets being created.
User Impact:
Cornell's TeamDynamix system is intermittently returning system errors, having responses time out, and/or creating duplicate tickets.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

Reports are coming in from the Cornell community about Cornell's TeamDynamix system intermittently returning system errors, responses timing out, and/or duplicate tickets being created. Cornell technical staff are currently coordinating with the vendor to investigate.
