Status:
Closed
Brief Description:
Contacts and Directories features in Cornell Qualtrics have changed unexpectedly. They currently resemble Qualtrics XM Directory, which looks and operates differently from how the service usually works at Cornell. The vendor is working on the issue.
User Impact:
The Contacts and Directories features in Cornell Qualtrics have changed unexpectedly. Cornell has been using what the vendor calls XM Directory Lite, which largely operates like the previous Qualtrics Contacts or Panels. The functionality instead currently resembles what Qualtrics calls XM Directory, which looks and operates differently.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
Qualtrics advised that attempting to return to XM Directory Lite could result in data loss and that Cornell should remain in XM Directory. Based on their guidance, settings have been adjusted for XM Directory to make it as much like behavior in XM Directory Lite as possible. The private list functionality has been enabled and made the default, as was the case in XM Directory Lite.
Services Affected:
Surveys
Subsites Affected:
Qualtrics (Survey Tool)
