Brief Description:
On Sunday June 2, 2024, the PeopleSoft/Canvas integration failed its 2:10pm run. The Canvas support team is working on determining the cause of the failure.
User Impact:
Updates to course enrollments, course and section configuration, and new users are currently not being fed from PeopleSoft into Canvas.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The Canvas feed failure issue has been resolved. Regular SIS feeds from PeopleSoft to Canvas are being automatically transmitted and processed as of 11:14am today, June 3, 2024.

The problem with the feed from PeopleSoft to Canvas is continuing to be investigated. The PeopleSoft team is working with the PeopleSoft hosting provider to resolve the issue. Updates to course enrollments, course and section configuration, and new users are currently not being fed from PeopleSoft into Canvas. |
