Brief Description:
An error occurred in the PeopleSoft code which generates the COURSE, USERS and ENROLLMENTS data from PeopleSoft to Canvas on Friday, May 24, 2024. The SIS feed from PeopleSoft to Canvas has been halted until a fix is implemented and tested.
User Impact:
There was a delay in access to Canvas for 9 enrollments. Currently there is no delay to course, user, or course enrollment data being automatically updated.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The issue has been resolved. The 2:20pm SIS feed from PeopleSoft to Canvas completed successfully. Automation of the SIS feed process has been restored.
