Brief Description:
Between Wednesday, April 10, 2024, and Sunday, April 14, 2024, the four Cornell e-list servers (Y2, Y1, B1, and maxima40) will be unavailable during monthly OS patching.
User Impact:
During the maintenance windows, e-list email to hosted e-lists will be delayed, queued, then processed and sent afterward. The admin web interfaces will be unavailable during the patching of all but the Office 365 gateway server.

Full Description:
Over the next week, the four e-List servers will be down for monthly OS patching.
- Alternate (Y2, e-lists administered via https://hp.list.cornell.edu and https://appgen.list.cornell.edu which include net-announce-L, specialconditions-L, and crime-alerts-L) will be down Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 4:50am to 5:30am
- Main (Y1, e-lists administered via https://www.list.cornell.edu) and Bulk Email (B1, e-lists administered via https://www.bulk.cornell.edu) will be down Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 4:50am to 5:30am
- Office 365 gateway server (maxima40) will be down Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 6:00am to 6:30am e-List e-mail to those e-lists will be delayed, queued during and processed and sent after the down time. The admin web interfaces will be unavailable during patching of all but the gateway server.
