Brief Description:
RESOLVED: All services remain normal; no further reported issues have been observed following the Thursday, April 4 reboot. Previously, Windows CM clients had stopped connecting with CM MC. This issue is now considered resolved.

Full Description:
RESOLVED: No further issues have been reported. This performance issue is now resolved. On Thursday, April 4, Windows Configuration Manager (CM) clients stopped connecting with the CM Management Point. After rebooting the management point, communication started to work correctly on the client and server side and IT staff confirmed imaging and software deployment (client communication) was working correctly. Please report new issues to md-pc@cornell.edu.

UPDATE: Although the previous performance issue appears to be resolved, IT staff will continue monitoring the servers and logs. Earlier, Windows Configuration Manager (CM) clients stopped connecting with the CM Management Point. After rebooting the management point, communication started to work correctly on the client and server side and IT staff confirmed imaging and software deployment (client communication) was working correctly. Please report new issues to md-pc@cornell.edu.

Windows Configuration Manager (CM) clients cannot currently connect with the CM Management Point (MP). IT staff are aware and investigating.
