RESOLVED: We have confirmed the vendor's fix applied at 2pm ET worked as expected. Previously, a workaround had been required to create new users upon initial deployment for Crashplan.

RESOLVED: We have confirmed the vendor's fix applied at 2pm ET worked as expected. Previously, the process that creates new users on initial deployment in CrashPlan had stopped working correctly. While CrashPlan investigated the issue, the workaround was to manually create the user before running the deployment. Details for this process can be found here:
