Update: "The vendor, Next Gen, has been working with Microsoft to restore expected performance. The site and forms should now be responding properly. There are still outstanding issues they are working through with Microsoft’s support team to ensure continued stability."

While the move was successful, as of this morning we became aware of latency in site performance. We understand the critical impact this is having and we are actively working with Microsoft to resolve this issue and improve the responsiveness of the site.
