Brief Description:
On Sunday, March 17, 2024, by 12pm the default configuration for Zoom Whiteboards will be updated to unlock the option for external (to Cornell) sharing of persistent whiteboards.
User Impact:
Change will only be visible in user settings (https://cornell.zoom.us/profile/setting). In the user's settings, Whiteboard Sharing Defaults options for external users, previously locked, will become unlocked, allowing users to optionally enabled external sharing settings. Current existing user settings for external access will not be changed unless a user modifies the settings themselves.
