Brief Description:
CIT has received reports that some TeamDynamix Asset Management (AM) data is missing information normally supplied by Endpoint Management Tools, including: 1. Assigned User 2. New Devices 3. PPD Status CIT is investigating the issue.

There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The primary functionality of missing new or modified endpoint data in TDX AM has been restored.

A workaround of data modified in the last twelve months should address the missing data. A problem ticket was created to work through implementing a sustainable fix to avoid this issue in the future.

Originally issues with three kinds of information were reported, thought to all be related to the same issue (see Full Description). The workaround should address (1) New Devices and (3) PPD Status. (2) Assigned User appears to be related to a data mapping issue. We are treating this issue now as a separate unrelated problem.

CIT has received reports that some TeamDynamix Asset Management (AM) data is missing information normally supplied by Endpoint Management Tools, including:

1. Assigned User
2. New Devices
3. PPD Status

Existing data is available, but new data is not being updated. CIT is investigating the issue.

Update: IT staff have addressed a portion of the missing data issues, but there may still be inconsistencies that have not been addressed. Staff continue to investigate reported issues of missing data.
