Resolved: Cornell had blocked campus access to all websites and email associated with United Healthcare (OptumRx and the Empire Plan among them) in response to a cybersecurity attack against Change Healthcare. CIT has restored access to some sites.

Full Description:
Update: Cornell had blocked campus access to all websites and email associated with United Healthcare (OptumRx and the Empire Plan among them) in response to a cybersecurity attack against Change Healthcare, which is part of United Healthcare. HR has restored integration with Optum RX prescription service. CIT has restored access to all email and websites except changehealthcare.com. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates as more is known.
Email Update: Email sent to Cornell email addresses from United Healthcare (including from OptumRx and the Empire Plan) between February 22, 8:30am, and February 23, 2pm, was not delivered. Please check your service provider's portal or contact the service provider if you are concerned about undelivered email.
