Brief Description:
On December 12, 2023, a regular deprovisioning will take place of Zoom accounts belonging to users whose university status has changed to no longer allow access to Zoom (including alumni, retirees, and otherwise no longer affiliated).
User Impact:
Users who no longer have a university affiliation that allows access to Cornell's Zoom service will have their Cornell Zoom accounts unlinked from Cornell and converted to free/basic accounts directly under Zoom.

Full Description:
On December 12, 2023, a regular deprovisioning will take place of Zoom accounts belonging to users whose university status has changed to no longer allow access to Zoom (including alumni, retirees, and otherwise no longer affiliated). These accounts will be unlinked from the Cornell Zoom instance, which will convert them to Basic/free directly under Zoom. Accounts will not be deleted.
