On Friday, December 1, 2023, from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, the Ask Big Red chatbot on the IT@Cornell website will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance.
User Impact:
During the maintenance window, users will be unable to submit tickets using the Ask Big Red Chatbot. Users may be able to ask the chatbot questions.

Full Description:
On Friday, December 1, 2023, from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, the Ask Big Red chatbot on the IT@Cornell website will be unavailable for scheduled maintenance. During this maintenance, the chatbot's ticket creation process will be upgraded to prevent spelling errors in users' cornell.edu email addresses. After the upgrade, users will still be able to enter their cornell.edu email address or a non-cornell.edu email address if needed. The error checking will only apply to cornell.edu email addresses.
