CIT and vendor technical staff are investigating reports of TeamDynamix email performance issues, including delays in ticket creation via email message and ticket replies from notify@teamdynamixapp.com (instead of cornell-notify@support.email.cornell.edu)
User Impact:
Users may experience delays in ticket creation via email message, as well as delays in ticket replies.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
TeamDynamix system behavior is returning to normal.
