On Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 6:00am- 2:00pm Pacific Time, Zoom will be updating their support center. While no significant impact is anticipated, customers may experience intermittent issues on Zoom’s Support Center.
As part of this update, support.zoom.us will be moving to support.zoom.com. Zoom recommend that network administrators with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules update their systems as soon as possible in preparation. A complete list of network firewall IP ranges for Zoom can be found on the Zoom Support site at: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362683
While the changes are ongoing, customers can still get support in the Zoom Community and chatbot during the maintenance window.
