Brief Description:
Users are currently unable to authenticate using LDAP to Bomgar. IT staff are aware of the issue and working on a solution.
User Impact:
Bomgar authentication attempts using LDAP are unsuccessful.
Workaround:
Authenticating with SAML may or may not work for some cases: your Prefix-Bomgar group needs to have user objects added
Current Status:
IT staff have restored the ability to authenticate to Bomgar.
