Brief Description:
An issue with OTTC (Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies) fiber internet service is interfering with attempts to complete authentication using Cornell Two-Step Login (Duo) push confirmation. OTTC is aware of the problem and working on it.
User Impact:
Inability of OTTC fiber internet customers to complete authentication using push confirmation.
Workaround:
Using a different means of completing Two-Step Login, such as telephone, rather than push, can complete the login process.
Current Status:
OTTC has announced that the problem is resolved.
