Resolved: E-list email to some non-cornell domains is being blocked or rejected since sometime yesterday, August 28, 2023. CIT is investigating. A Spamhaus blacklist is blocking Cornell's sending IP address.
User Impact:
E-list email to non-Cornell domains may not have been received. E-list email to cornell.edu addresses appears to be working.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
