Full Description:
To support integration between Github and Cornell AWS accounts, we will deploy a Github OIDC Identity Provider configuration to each Cornell AWS account on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. This provider configuration is an infrastructure component required before Cornell AWS account operators can create IAM Roles that can be utilized by Github Actions.

This change itself does not create access from Github to AWS in the absence of further configuration by Cornell AWS account operators. See https://confluence.cornell.edu/x/G43SH.

There will be no outage or impact to any AWS or Github services.
