Brief Description:
Incoming calls to phones on the Avaya PBX are dropping. AT&T has been notified and is looking into the issue. It's possible to call out on the AT&T trunks without any issue. This problem only affects incoming calls. RingCentral phones are not affected.
User Impact:
Inability for incoming calls to connect to telephones on the Avaya PBX.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The issue appears to be resolved. AT&T is indicating the situation appears clear from their perspective, no new reports of issues have come in, and testing is resulting in successful calls. CIT staff are continuing to monitor.
