Brief Description:
It is currently not possible to create a new Cornell Qualtrics account. Accounts that already exist but are disabled due to inactivity can be re-enabled. Cornell staff are contacting the vendor.
User Impact:
Individuals who are trying to set up a new Cornell Qualtrics account are unable to do so.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The issue appears to be resolved. The message in the Qualtrics admin panel indicating the problem is gone, it was possible to successfully create a test account, and all affected users have been contacted, with no responses of anyone still unable to create an account.
