Brief Description:
As of June 9, 2023, IT@Cornell knowledge base articles will be shared with the CIT TeamDynamix knowledge base. As part of the IT@Cornell upgrade project, the 2500 support articles will be reviewed and published to TeamDynamix over the next few months.
User Impact:
End users will be able to see IT@Cornell articles in TeamDynamix once they are published. IT Service Desk technicians will be able to attach published articles to tickets in TeamDynamix and share them with end users.

As of June 9, 2023, IT@Cornell knowledge base articles will be shared with the CIT TeamDynamix knowledge base. As part of the IT@Cornell upgrade project, the 2500 support articles will be reviewed and published to TeamDynamix over the next few months, estimated to be complete during September 2023. Users and support staff will be able to see the articles in TeamDynamix once they are published. For convenience, service delivery managers will be able to draft and edit changes in TeamDynamix, but must also submit a ticket to the IT Communication and Documentation team ( https://tdx.cornell.edu/TDClient/39/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/NewForm?ID=ftJPOmg~nX8_&RequestorType=Service ) for final publication.
