Brief Description:
One of Cornell's Internet Service Providers is experiencing an issue intermittently impacting connectivity to campus. In the interim, CIT Network Engineering will force traffic off this link until the ISP network has been stabilized.
User Impact:
Some users have reported issues with network connectivity.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The issue has been resolved. IT staff have restored full functionality for users while the vendor completes work on the original problem

One of Cornell's Internet Service Providers is experiencing an issue intermittently impacting connectivity to campus. In the interim, CIT Network Engineering will force traffic off this link until the ISP network has been stabilized.
IT staff are aware of the issues, and a ticket has been opened with the ISP.
The incident CIT staff are investigating occurred between 10:24 - 10:29 AM EDT and again at 11:10 AM EDT.
