On Saturday, May 20, 2023, Cornell will begin managing use of the Qualtrics offline app, Salesforce integration, and conjoint functionality due to a change in how the vendor contracts for its services with higher education.
User Impact:
Beginning Saturday, May 20, 2023, anyone currently using the impacted features, who has not yet submitted a Cornell Qualtrics support form, will be unable to use them until they request continued access. For Qualtrics users who do not access these features, no further action is required.

On Saturday, May 20, 2023, Cornell will begin managing use of the Qualtrics offline app, Salesforce integration, and conjoint functionality due to a change in how the vendor contracts for its services with higher education. These Qualtrics features will be off by default unless users request them.
Anyone eligible to use these features has been emailed directly and provided the option for continued access by submitting a Cornell Qualtrics support form in TeamDynamix. These individuals were asked to include the project or task for which a feature is being used and how long it's likely needed.
