Brief Description:
IT staff are investigating a TeamDynamix issue where some system email messages are being sent by notify@teamdynamixapp.com, instead of the custom Cornell email address, cornell-notify@support.mail.cornell.edu.
User Impact:
Because the address that TeamDynamix is using does not access incoming email messages or replies from Cornell users, user replies may not be received and processed by the system as expected.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

IT staff are investigating a TeamDynamix issue where some system email messages are being sent by notify@teamdynamixapp.com, instead of the custom Cornell email address, cornell-notify@support.mail.cornell.edu. The issue appears to have begun after the upgrade of TeamDynamix to version 11.7 last Saturday, May 13, 2023.

Because the email address notify@teamdynamixapp.com does not access incoming email messages or replies from Cornell users, those replies will not be processed by the system as expected.

IT staff are working with the vendor to restore the application's email customization.
