Full Description:
On Wednesday, February 1, 2023, between 6pm and 9pm, the vendor Adobe will be migrating the management of Adobe Sign accounts from the legacy (and no longer supported) EchoSign console to the enterprise console used by Creative Cloud. During the maintenance window, users will be unable to access the Adobe Sign service.

This change is required by Adobe for software support and includes these benefits:

– Shared procedures with Creative Cloud administration, reducing overhead.
– Streamlined ways to resolve conflicting accounts.
– Restored integration between Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign, which stopped working in November 2022.

Additionally, a new Adobe Sign feature will be enabled that allows users to be members of multiple groups, removing a long-standing limitation. There will be changes in local procedures that allow Group Managers to enroll users. Those changes will be communicated directly to Group Managers.
