Netid creation and change/reset password request will not work during this time.
There is no workaround for this issue
MIT released patches for kerberos that have to be applied on both primary and Backup KDCs. This ticket is for the primary KDC. \n\nPatching requires a restart of the KDC service which takes about 2 secs
