Brief Description:
Some Google Users had the default quota applied last night (15GB for faculty, staff, and students, 5GB for alumni). The process to correct the quotas is running now and should be complete by noon.
User Impact:
No data will be lost, but affected individuals will be unable to upload new files until quotas are updated.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
All users who were affected by this morning's incident have had their quotas reset. Sometimes the quota displayed to the user doesn't update immediately. Uploading a small file should cause Google to re-display the correct quota.
