Brief Description:
Due to a data issue in our provisioning services, some alumni who have Office 365 Exchange Accounts had these accounts disabled. This issue has been corrected.
User Impact:
Alumni who had their Office 365 Exchange accounts disabled could not access their email and email sent to their accounts during the affected period will have been returned to the sender as non-deliverable. With the data issue resolved the accounts were automatically restored without any loss to the customer's email.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

Full Description:
Due to a data issue in our provisioning services, some alumni who have Office 365 Exchange Accounts had these accounts disabled. This issue has been corrected. However, as many as 1500 alumni accounts had the data issue. Alumni who had their Office 365 Exchange accounts disabled could not access their email and email sent to their accounts during the affected period will have been returned to the sender as non-deliverable.

With the data issue resolved the accounts were automatically restored without any loss to the customer's email.
