TeamDynamix is not sending out email notifications when new tickets are being created in the system. Email is still being sent from the system correctly when a ticket is updated or commented upon. The vendor has been notified and is investigating.
Customers can verify that their messages have been received and tickets have been created by visiting https://it.cornell.edu/teamdynamix and clicking on the "View Your Ticket Requests" button.
