Brief Description:
After the recent TeamDynamix version 11.5 upgrade, some users are reporting issues when updating tickets. CIT has reported the issue to the vendor. The vendor is currently working to resolve the problem.
User Impact:
When working on tickets, and choosing Actions > Update, sometimes the Update window opens with a selection list open in the Notify field. (The rest of the time it opens with the requestor pre-populated, which was the previous behavior. It works fine when this is the case).
When this happens, users may have difficulty selecting or changing values for the list and are unable to proceed.
Workaround:
There is a workaround. Hold down the Control key (Command key on Mac OS computers) while selecting or unselecting values in the list.
Current Status:
The vendor reports that they have fixed the problem. If users are still seeing this issue, please open a ticket with the TeamDynamix technical team.
