Brief Description:
On Friday, July 29, 2022, 38 Cornell Office 365 email accounts inadvertently ended up with a 50 GB quota when they should have 100 GB. All accounts had the correct quota restored that afternoon and are functioning normally.
User Impact:
Indications from Office 365 that the mailbox was over quota.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

Full Description:
On Friday, July 29, 2022, 38 Cornell Office 365 email accounts inadvertently ended up with a 50 GB quota when they should have 100 GB. This issue occurred as part of an effort to substitute A1 Microsoft licenses for A3 licenses when an A3 license is not needed. A3 licenses were restored to the affected accounts that afternoon and the 100 GB quota has been reapplied. All accounts are functioning normally.
