Some individuals trying to use the Video Hosting & Sharing/Video On Demand (VOD) services to view media are seeing a blank area where the video player should be loading.

Workaround:
Some users have been able to restore normal functionality by disconnecting from the Cornell VPN.

Some users who are the owners of a media entry (or have editing permissions) have also had playback work normally in the edit interface and have been able to use that as a workaround.

Some users are also reporting the player not loading in an incognito window, but loading in a regular window.

The above workarounds have not addressed the problem for all users.

Some individuals trying to use the Video Hosting & Sharing/Video On Demand (VOD) services to view media are seeing a blank area where the video player should be loading. There are indications that something may have changed that is preventing videos from loading while connected to the Cornell VPN.

Some users have been able to restore normal functionality by disconnecting from the Cornell VPN.

Some users who are the owners of a media entry (or have editing permissions) have also had playback work normally in the edit interface and have been able to use that as a workaround.

Some users are also reporting the player not loading in an incognito window, but loading in a regular window.
