Zoom will be performing maintenance on their United States (New York) data center on May 12, 2022. During the maintenance window, meetings will use an alternate Zoom data center. No outage or impact is expected except as noted in detailed description.
User Impact:
The only expected impact is to meetings with a duration of over 12 hours, begun prior to the planned maintenance lockout on the NY data center which remain active when the actual maintenance begins. This is as follows:
No new meetings will be started in the New York data center after 12:00PM EDT (9:00AM PDT) on June 11. However, at 12:00AM EDT on May 12th, any meetings started in the New York data center that have been running for over 12 hours will be ended. Affected meetings can be manually restarted (and will use an alternate data center).
