Brief Description:
IT service providers who attempt to log in to Beyond Trust Remote Support (https://assist.it.cornell.edu/login) are unable to connect and see the error, "Login failed. Please try again."
User Impact:
Until the issue is resolved, TSPs will be unable to use Remote Assistance for support sessions.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

IT service providers who attempt to log in to Beyond Trust Remote Support (https://assist.it.cornell.edu/login) are unable to connect and see the error, "Login failed. Please try again." IT staff are investigating the authentication issue. Until the issue is resolved, TSPs will be unable to use Remote Assistance for support sessions.
