It's currently not possible to sign into Cornell Qualtrics. Qualtrics is aware of the issue and working on it.
User Impact:
Inability to sign into Qualtrics. Error message that says, "no healthy upstream."
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

Qualtrics is reporting the issue has been resolved. Tests to sign in have been successful.
