Technically there will be a short outage when the services restart after the patch is installed. In our test environment this was an extremely small period of time (a matter of seconds), therefore there should be no noticeable effect on the users.\n

We need to patch the BlackBerry Enterprise Servers with Maintenance Release 1 for BES Express SP2. There are also 2 security fixes for PDF attachments which need to be implemented as well.
