User Impact:
Technically there will be a short outage when the services restart after the patch is installed. In our test environment this was an extremely small period of time (a matter of seconds), therefore there should be no noticeable effect on the users.\n

Full Description:
On Saturday November 20th, 2010 between the hours of 6:00am-7:00am EST, we will be patching the BlackBerry Enterprise Servers with version 5.0 SP2 MR1 of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server software. During that time the BlackBerry Enterprise Servers will restart their services after completion of the patch install. We anticipate that there will be no noticeable effect on the users.
